I did NOT order anything else at all, not have I received anything. Immediately refund this erroneous charge and cancel whatever billing you put me on, such a scam. The refund amount is 279 dollars! The product would benefit from improved quality control and/or higher-quality materials, particularly considering the price point. My primary concern, however, is the unexplained $39.97 monthly “subscription” charge associated with this purchase. When I inquired about the charge, the subscription was cancelled and I was refunded for only one of the two months billed. I requested clarification regarding what the $39.97 monthly subscription covered, but I have not yet received a response. Additionally, I have been unable to locate any reference to a subscription on the website or on my original order confirmation or receipt.
Have quality control. Follow through with what you say, never got my refund. I also emailed you about continuing to be charged for $39.97 for no good reason. I brought it up in that email the first time it happened and wasn’t addressed by you and happened a second time. WTF! Too many weird things to be happening by a legit company, so not sure who you are, but this whole experience sucked.

Deeply disappointed in the outcome of this for my girlfriend. As you can see in the photos, there appears to be what looks like paint overspray from the map onto the clear plexiglass. It’s just sloppy work and I would like to return it for you to try again.
I ordered this for park 93 Bogota Colombia but I don’t even know where this place is they sent me. I have emailed several times but customer service said if I didn’t screen shot each page id the order screen they won’t replace it. So I spent $66 dollars and got nothing do not waste your money with this company
You make a terrible product and you are falsely advertising. A crime...
These are absolutely overpriced pieces of garbage. Don't waste your money. It looks like they used my grandpa's printer and taped it on the plastic. There were scratches all over it. The quality is terrible. They promised me a refund and the shipping costs still have not seen a penny.
There is fingerprints or some crap in the film and it was done so horribly you can hardly read it. I’m surprised someone looked at this and even sent it. Such a disappointment for a special moment….

Better quality control
It has a big scratch on the side next to map photo. The map has paint overspray around the edge as seen in the photos. I’ve ordered one before and the quality was way better. I just expected the same quality this time.
It’s already back in San Antonio where my fiancée lives. She was over the moon excited when she saw it and when the stand arrived and fit perfectly she was overjoyed!! Recommend this COMPLETELY!!
You can not read the letters. You advertise it with large readable letters. I complained on the original one you sent. Then you sent me the same thing. Total misrepresentation. The letters on the ad , the letters are large. Live and learn I quess. Total rip-off.
The entire clear portion of the display had over spray from the map. Completely ruined it.
The heartfelt message I wanted for her is not included. Despite the fact that I submitted it three different times. Location and event were good. But the message is missing. Not happy.

The plaque and as advertised was supposed to say Our First Date. Instead it reads Our First Dare.
Don’t have cloudiness and fingerprints inside the plaque that can’t be cleaned. Extremely disappointing. Very cheap for the price
Better quality control
This was a redo of a previous order that showed up with a defect. As you can see this was supposed to be a satellite view and you can’t even tell the streets from buildings. They offered a refund minus $10, do yourself a favor and avoid this vendor. It really was a great idea and the gesture was appreciated by my significant other but the quality is bad and the customer service is even worse!
From the example I saw online, it showed street names like a traditional map. So, that’s what I thought I was getting, when I entered the coordinates of our first date. When the plaque arrived with a generic map I was disappointed.
RESPOND TO MESSAGES!!! IVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU FOR WEEKS, YOU DONT RESPIND THEN YOUVE ASKED ME FOR A PICTURE THREE TIMES. IVE SENT THE PICTURE. IT LOOKS LIKE CRAP. My order has a crack in it. I have reached out about it, and I was asked to share a photo of the issue. I have not yet received a resolution.
Please send a new one this came with many scratches all over the plaque and there was zero damage on the outside package. Please let us know how to get another one.
It arrived broken
My first order was wrong, my second order looks like it has grease on it and won’t come off , fucking what a joke
I love the product especially since it’s not glass. It lights up perfectly and my girlfriend loves it
I received the item and was unhappy with its quality. There were numerous marks on the plastic, residue on its surface, and there appears to be some sort of light colored overspray on the plastic. The lighted stand is a nice touch, but the constellations on the image were too dark for even that lighted base to illuminate. I was able to clean some residue off the item with distilled water and microfiber cloth. Sadly, the scuffs and over spray remain. My wife was underwhelmed by the low quality of the item and I was embarrassed to present it to her for Valentine’s Day.
My plaque came with a huge scratch right above the inscription.
One side of the circle is a clear cut with no spatter off the side. Both my wife and I are disappointed in your product and customer service
Very cheap looking, the plexiglass was very roughly cut, with jagged edges. The plaque is all scratched up and stained. And the photo looks very dull and faded. Not the quality I expected or looks like what I expected based on what is advertised online. Very disappointed with the product.
The shades of red between the background and location pin need to be much more distinct from each other. When ordering on the website, they appreared to be mic different shades than what I received.
It was bought as a gift for my fiancé, she loves it.
Somehow when my wife opened it up for the first time there were many smudges around the circle. After seeing that, she wasn't too happy. The Valentine's Day gift didn't go according to what I had hoped.
